This study aims to highlight the efforts made by the Islamic and Crusader forces to prohibit the trade of ready-made weapons and their analysis, the raw materials needed for war industries, the motives for banning trade in war materials, the pressures of religious institutions, political authorities, and advocates of the Crusades, to prevent the export of weapons to the enemies, and the extent of the embargo, and the expansion of Lists of prohibited items, the embargo mechanisms and methods, methods of circumventing the embargo, the penalties for violating the arms embargo, and the consequences of the embargo and its religious, political, military, economic and legal implications.Downloads
