Aspirations of Human Capital Management in Banks towards Intellectual Capital: An applied Study on a Sample of Yemeni Commercial Banks

The paper aims to study the aspirations of Human Capital Management in banks towards intellectual capital. "It is an empirical study on a sample of Yemeni commercial banks. The under study bank intellectual trends components formative stages and characteristics have been identified. The study look forward for the ways of measuring trends. It also studies intellectual capital its components properties and importance. Intellectual capital, has been also measures in this study. After doing a survey of a sample of Yemeni commercial banks, the study finds that there is a positive orientation in the management of human capital. It also in banks towards intellectual capital, as it turns out from the analysis that there is a positive orientation in human Capital Management in banks towards capital structural. The results also showed that there is a positive orientation trend in management of human capital in banks towards winning the trust of customers. On the other hand, the study finds that there is no positive tendency in evaluating the performance of employees on the basis of their expertise in banks, there is no positive tendency in evaluating the performance of employees on the basis of their knowledge in the banks.Downloads
