PeerReview Policy
Peer Review Policy
- The submitted research is subject to an initial examination by the editorial board, to determine its compliance with the publication conditions and its eligibility for a peer review. The editorial board has the right not to accept publishing an article without providing justifications to the researcher.
- The submitted research for publication in the journal is subject to a double anonymous review process by the reviewers. The reviewers cannot reveal the identity of the authors, and the authors cannot discover the identity of the reviewers.
- The editorial board selects two reviewers from the expert professors and specialists in the field of the research topic to review it and determine its suitability for publication, based on a precise and accurate arbitration model, and the arbitrator's scientific rank should not be less than the rank of the author of the research. If the research is rejected by one of them, it is sent to a third reviewer in fairness to the researcher, whose arbitration is decisive in the outcome of accepting the research or not.
- The reviewing process is conducted confidentially, so that the research is sent without the name of the researcher/researchers or their place of work.
