The journal is issued by the Center of Academic Development and Quality Assurance, Thamar University, Yemen. It is specialized in publishing studies and research related to improving, developing, and enhancing education. The Deanship of the Center and the Chairmanship of the Editorial Board have decided that publication is free of charge, as a service, facilitation, and encouragement to all researchers and interested parties wishing to publish in the journal in accordance with the established terms, regulations, and instructions.
