Authorship

All authors should have made a significant contribution to all of the following:

• the conception and design of the study or the acquisition of data or the analysis and interpretation of data,
• the drafting of the article or the critical revision of the article concerning important intellectual aspects,
• the final approval of the version to be submitted.
