Abstract

This research sheds light on the lists of meanings stipulated in the chapter on meanings when grammarians and others relied on the hypothesis that semantic lists of letters include meanings and status and other contextual, and perhaps on meanings inserted with hidden circumstances. The research is based on the question: Eating the meanings included in the lists of letters position / original or not? Another question is derived from it: Was the predecessors aware of the two levels: positional and non-positivist when they combined the meanings of letters? To answer these two questions, we have reviewed some letters of meanings, so that they can reveal examples of the problem of this research. In order to extract the positional meaning and distinguish it from others, the researcher has used some basic and rhetorical concepts. The research has reached a set of results, the most important of which are: the meanings included in the lists of letters are contextual, and that their inclusion together without warning in it increases the section and confusion of the position / original meaning. In addition, some meanings do not prove the letter at all, but rather some circumstances have led to its hidden.
