The study methodology includes a field work and a questioner. As a result the study shows that the accumulation of these wastes either at collection places or in the dumps has become dangerous on both: the environment and the public health. In fact, theses wastes can become an important economic resource, if properly handled, and recycled to take advantages of their components of materials and minerals.
