Concerning researchers:

Submitting the research to the journal is subject to the researcher’s agreement to adhere to the standards and ethics of publishing set by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). To view the standards in the following two links:

The researcher signs a declaration confirming his ownership of the research, the originality of his research, and that it has not been published previously or sent to another party for publication.
If the researcher becomes aware of any defect in his research, after sending it to the journal, or after publishing it, he must notify the editor-in-chief of this, and he must work to correct the defect.
The researcher must be responsive and work on any recommended amendments at any time from the stages of submitting the research to the journal until publishing the research or after its publication if necessary.
The researcher should avoid addressing topics that raise sectarianism, ethnicity, sectarianism, or partisanship.
The research published in the journal expresses the opinions of its authors. It is not necessarily the opinion of the magazine.
The journal does not publish research that does not comply with these published standards, and if the journal discovers after publishing the research that its author does not adhere to these standards, it will remove the research from the journal’s website and the databases indexed in it, at any time it discovers this.
In accordance with the Code of Conduct, the journal will report any suspected cases of plagiarism or duplicate publication. It reserves the right to use plagiarism detection software to check submitted papers at any time.

As for the editors

The editor bears responsibility for selecting research that is suitable for publication in the journal and contributes to making appropriate decisions regarding that, and regarding copyright infringement and plagiarism. In the meantime, he consults with specialized referees and whomever he deems members of the journal’s advisory body.
The editor is also committed to the following:
Complete neutrality and objectivity regarding the research submitted to the magazine, so that it is considered regardless of the researcher’s race, gender, beliefs, or nationality.
Confidentiality, such that no information related to the research submitted to the journal is revealed, except to those authorized to do so by the journal’s administrative body and the journal’s advisory board, if necessary.
Integrity and fair dealing: He is required to ensure the integrity of the arbitrators whom he contributes to selecting, and he is careful not to reveal the identity of the researchers to the arbitrators and vice versa.
Contributing to the research and investigation processes regarding the integrity of the research submitted to the journal, ensuring its scientific integrity, making the necessary appropriate corrections, or rejecting and withdrawing the article when necessary. He looks into the complaints submitted if requested, follows up on them, and communicates with those he is assigned to communicate with regarding this.

As for the arbitrators:

Each research is sent to two arbitrators in the field of specialization, and when the research is rejected by one of them, it is sent to a third arbitrator in fairness to the researcher. His arbitration is decisive in the outcome of accepting the research or not. In all cases, the arbitration process is double-blind, so the researcher does not know who the arbitrator is, nor does the arbitrator know who the researcher is. .
The arbitrators will be from different universities and hold high academic titles (professor or associate professor).
The arbitrator is committed to scientific integrity in arbitrating research, and to refrain from any bias.
The arbitrator shall adhere to the time allotted to him, and if he encounters any problem, he must inform the editor-in-chief immediately.
The arbitrator is committed to complete confidentiality regarding the research entrusted to him for arbitration.
The arbitrator shall supplement his report with scientific evidence, and shall be committed to providing detailed comments on the research.

It follows the highest standards of integrity and transparency.
The policies of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) are a reference in scientific research ethics.
Ensure that research submitted for publication is evaluated, regardless of the gender, religious belief, or political affiliation of the author.
Maintaining the confidentiality of information related to research submitted for publication by people who can view it.
Commitment to giving the researcher sufficient opportunity to make the required amendments and answer the arbitrators’ questions.
Commitment to inform the researcher of the approval to publish his research, and the specific number for publishing it.
The editorial board may amend texts in accordance with linguistic revisions.

Researchers also always retain copyright. The research is licensed under an open Creative Commons CC BY 4.0 license, which means that anyone may download and read the research for free. It is also permissible to reuse and quote the research provided that the original published source is cited and referred to.
