The research aims at explaining the role of international conventions and conferences in targeting the Muslim family, and to indicate the most important aspects that were targeted by the Cairo and Beijing conferences.The research is divided into: an introduction، a preface, three topics, and a conclusion.The introduction included: the importance of the research, its objectives، the reasons for its selection, the research methodology, previous studies، the limits of the research, and its divisions.The preamble included: Definition of search terms.The first topic came under the title: The most important international agreements and covenants that target the Muslim family.The second topic came under the title: Aspects of targeting the Muslim family through the Cairo and Beijing conferences.The third topic came under the title: The objectives and procedures of the Cairo and Beijing conferences from an Islamic perspective. The conclusion included the most important findings and recommendations of the research.The study revealed that the reports of the Cairo and Beijing conferences violate the Islamic law, as they call for a group of legal violations, and they target the Muslim family in several aspects, including: educational, cultural, health, economic, political, moral and social.
