Steps to publish in the journal

The publishing process in the journal proceeds according to the following steps:

1. The paper should be characterized by originality and sound scientific methodology.
2. The paper should not have been previously published or submitted for any publication to another party, and the researcher has to submit a written undertaking for that.
3. Papers should be written in a sound language, taking into account the rules of punctuation and accuracy of forms - if any - in (Word) format.
4. A copy of the research to be published shall be delivered to the office of Journal of Engineering and Technological Sciences – JOEATS, Thamar University, or it shall be sent to the editor-in-chief of the journal at the e-mail: joeats-tu@tu.edu.ye
5. After receiving the research, it will be confirmed by sending an email to the first author.
6. The initial review is made of the quality of the research and whether it matches the requirements of publication and quality in the journal.
7. When the research is initially accepted for publication in the journal, a request to pay the publishing fees is sent by e-mail.
8. After receiving the non-refundable publishing fees (cash or bank transfer), the research evaluation and arbitration phase begins.
9. The research is sent for evaluation and arbitration by (two arbitrators).
10. According to the decision of the arbitrators, the editor-in-chief takes the decision and it is sent to the writer - the writers. The decision taken has three cases:

• Acceptance of publication without modification - or acceptance of publication with minor - basic modifications (required to be amended) or refusing to publish the research:
• After the author or authors make the required amendments and send them to the arbitrators and approval by the arbitrators and the acceptance of the publication of the research, the decision to accept the publication is sent to the writer along with the copyright form attached. The writer signs the copyright form and sends it back by e-mail to the editor-in-chief within 6 days.
• Publication fee

• The writer and writers are required to pay the non-refundable amounts due (see the table below) as a fee for publishing the research, and this is done only after the editor-in-chief informs the writer or writers that the research is appropriate and adheres to the requirements of the journal. -Bank transfer.

The guide for submitting research shows the following requirements for publication:

• The research must contain the following: The first paper (a title of the research - the name of the author - the writers and their titles, a summary of the research (less than 250 words) and key words). It starts from the second paper (contents of the research, which includes the introduction, the research problem, research objectives, research background, methodology, analysis, results, and recommendations, if any, and references including tables, figures, charts, and illustrations images). The entire article should not exceed (8000) words.

• Stages of evaluation and arbitration:

• Each research is evaluated initially by the editorial board. Suitable research is sent for publication to (two independent arbitrators) at least, and based on the recommendation of the arbitrators and in consultation with the editorial board, the editor-in-chief decides one of three decisions: Accepting publication without modification or accepting publication with secondary-fundamental modifications (requests to amend it) or refuses to publish the research. joeats-tu@tu.edu.ye

• Researchers wishing to publish their research in the Journal of Engineering and Technological Sciences - JOEATS can submit their research by e-mail: joeats-tu@tu.edu.ye
• After receiving the research by e-mail, the researcher will be notified of receiving his research by e-mail, and after the researcher has paid the publishing fees, the stage of arbitration of the research will begin by independent arbitrators of different nationalities, for more information about the method, form and size of the research, researchers will be provided with a guide to submitting research via e-mail, or it can be obtained on the following website of the journal

1. Copyright of transmitted materials If the research includes excerpts from works protected by authors' rights, the author (researcher) shall obtain permission from the copyright owners and provide proof when submitting the copyright form of his research.

Transfer of copyright: A copyright transfer form (researcher) for all copyrights (sent to the researcher) shall be attached to the Journal of Engineering and Technological Sciences - JOEATS after being signed by the researcher. All requests to reproduce or republish the research in whole or in part, and the researcher sends them to the editor-in-chief of the journal via e-mail: joeats-tu@tu.edu.ye
