This study is based on examining a hypothesis established by the researcher in a previous study entitled: 'The Main Character in the Story of Yusuf and its most Prominent Leadership Characteristics'. It aspired to structure a model applicable in the analysis of the characters in the novel, especially the main ones. It also aims to test the validity of that model so this study addresses to test that hypothesis. The study has concluded that a model framework can be constructed to assist researchers to thoroughly explore narrative texts, and found out the followings: 1. There could be a general model and its presence corresponds in all novels in a way, but will never be similar in the narrative techniques. 2. The elements represented in the model differ, more or less, according to the narrator’s desire and his narrative style. 3. The model should not stand as an obstacle to narrative analysis whatever its source; instead, it can be regarded as a scale for stabilization, criticism and development.Downloads
