A list of the quality standards of the courses was constructed, consisting of (90) criteria distributed in ten main axes and transcripts of students' results in the two courses (computer introduction and psychology) are used, too. The research tools were applied to a sample of (100) students at the Faculty of Education – Al-Nadira, Ibb University. The analysis shows that the availability of quality standards in the academic achievement was made for the two courses: Introduction to Computer and Psychology. Consequently, there were statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the averages of the results of the achievement in the two courses and in favor of Introduction to Computer but not between the average of the students 'opinions in the two courses. There were statistically significant differences between the students' results in the achievement and the evaluation of their opinions. The correlation (0.13) indicates the weakness of the relationship between the results of the achievement and the evaluation of the opinions. These results indicate the weakness of the availability of quality standards in the academic courses. It is recommended that applying quality standards on all courses is important and some studies should be done for the accomplishment of evaluating the remaining courses and academic programs.Downloads
