Environmental Impacts and Treatments of Desertification in the Arab world and Yemen in particular Prof. Abdullah Muhammad Al-Mujahid Prof. Abdul Hamid Ahmed Al-Younes Abstract The research aims to study desertification as a phenomenon that causes anxiety and panic where sand and dunes have accumulated. The phenomenon of desertification and soil erosion in Yemen in particular and in the Arab world in general takes place due to some factors such as: deforestation, desertification of pastures, and multiple human factors. The researcher recommends some treatments for this phenomenon such as agricultural-forest integration, environmental culture, and scientific research.Downloads
