This research included the discussion of the Imam al-Shawkani for those who are against the Raja sale. The evidence is based on several evidence, including that selling Raja does not fall into any type of sale that is forbidden, and that it is based on satisfaction and self-sufficiency. The research included some of the benefits of FQIH discussions on the sale of Raja that have economic implications. Research included new ideas for the application of selling Raja in banks, as well as practical steps to implement it and determine the legal conditions for its application and incentives for banks to adopt the sale of Raja as a new banking product.Downloads
