This study has been divided into three sections: 1- Theoretical background of the study. 2-The main responsibilities of the diplomatic role. 3- The Yemeni negotiations (a case study). The results of this study have revealed the following: Diplomacy tools and strategies are the most appropriate to deal with some international conflicts.
