Abstract

 In light of the technological development and rapid changes taking place, e-training has emerged as a mechanism aimed at improving and building the competencies and knowledge of human resources, as e-training is of great importance in its tendency to abandon traditional means of developing and investing in human resources, based on the main question that searches for the impact of e-training. On the development of human competencies and its reality on the Edraak platform, which paves the way for a set of questions and hypotheses that we tried to answer. This study aimed to demonstrate the impact of electronic training on the development of human competencies, by focusing on the data and information that were collected and projected onto the Edraak platform, relying on the descriptive approach. The study found that e-training has an impact equal to or greater than regular training, and that the Edraak platform is one of the most important platforms that provides electronic services to trainees and applicants for its courses, making it a leading platform in the fields of training and e-learning.
