This research studies the rule of commitment and behavior in Islamic jurisprudence from the perspectives of comparison. It also defines disposition and commitment and clarifies the relationship between them, and explains the sources of commitment, and the place of individual will there. Moreover, the research explores the contract and the repulsive will, and the relationship between the single will and the contract. It also elucidates the emergence of the term individual will in Islamic jurisprudence and the opinion of jurists regarding its validity as a general source of commitment.Downloads
