The research aims at studies khat in Islamic jurisprudence, discussing the opinions of jurists on this habit. It also dealt with khat among the jurists and their literature on it, and what is written about it in the Kuwaiti Jurisprudence Encyclopedia. And the researcher suggests to gradually prevent it and reduce its abuse depending on the jurists’ recommendations to be penalized and not to allow its cultivation except in specific places chosen by specialists and not allow it to be eaten in workplaces.Downloads
