This paper discusses the non-explicit prohibition in the Noble Qur’an, defining it linguistically and idiomatically, and from the point of view of the fundamentalists, reviewing the formulas of the non-explicit prohibition. This paper concluded that the legal costs were proven through the command, the prohibition, and the explicit prohibitions in the Holy Qur’an.Downloads
