Abstract

This research seeks to study the “rule of certainty that does not disappear with doubt”, by using an applied and rooting theory, trying to uncover the meaning of the rule in language and idiomatically. It tries to show the difference among the jurisprudential rules with reference to the emergence of the jurisprudential rules, their sources, authority and importance It also highlights the books written in the science of jurisprudential rules and the meaning of “the rule of certainty does not disappear Skepticism”. It also Explains its importance, and its effect on purity, prayer, almsgiving, fasting and Hajj.
