According to the nature of the study, we used the descriptive method with slight use of the historical methods at the time of need. At last part of the study was a conclusion in which we present the results as follows: 1. Al-takfir ' disbelieving' is a dangerous and a passive Islamic phenomenon. 2. Misunderstanding and misinterpretation of the sharia texts are the main reasons behind Al-takfir 'disbelieving'. 3. Some forms of the modern media stands behind the issue of 'disbelieving'. 4. The personal fatwa is very dangerous on the unity of Islamic community and is considered to be reason behind Al-takfir 'disbelieving'.Downloads
