The responsibility of the state to achieve the principle of social solidarity (living) in the Muslim community

The research aims to clarify the concept of social solidarity in Islam and its types, the legislative means that Islam has provided to achieve and clarifying the role and responsibility of the state in achieving it. The research is divided into introduction, three sections and a conclusion. The introduction includes the objectives of the research, its importance and the methodology. In the first section, we present the concept of social solidarity in Islam and its scope and types. The second section includes the means of achieving social solidarity in Islam, and it also covers a statement of the mandatory means initiated by Islam to achieve social solidarity and voluntary means. The third section is devoted to present the state responsibility in achieving the discipline of social solidarity. In the conclusion, the researcher presents the most important findings and recommendations. Then, the research was ended with the appendix of the list of the most important sources and references of the research.Downloads
