This study is a response to those who call for the violation of Shariah instructions/texts on the pretext they are in violation to human rights. The study is organized into an introduction and two sections. The introduction deals with the significance of the study, objectives, and methodology. In the first section, the researcher defines what is meant by "the violation of the Shariah text", its causes and its judgment. In the second section, he has presented some applied practices of violating Shariah. The study reached several results, the most important of which is: violating the Shariah text means challenging semantically clear sharia texts as well as opposing a decisive judgment, which is a matter of consensus. Semantically clear Shariah texts are sacred, and they should not be violated. In a similar vein, it is not permissible to violate a ruling that is agreed upon.Downloads
