Abstract

The religious laws have come to correct the path of humanity and they have denied everything like of monopoly that may harm people. The present research focuses on the definition of Monopoly, its images, reasons and rule. The researcher also tries to make clear idea about the way in which the Monopoly can be occurred. The researcher explains and proves the reasons behind the prohibition of it, and she also supports and agrees with the opinion which confirms that. The researcher clarifies that Islamic Sharia does not only prohibit the Monopoly, but it also stops the ways and means that lead to it in different forms such as the Antitrust Means in Sharia & Law whether the monopolist is a person, national or international companies. In addition, the research mentioned the penalty of monopoly and the ruler's attitude towards the monopolist and the attitude of Yemeni law towards the monopoly itself. Finally, the findings of the research are mentioned by the researcher.
