This research investigates an important fundamental issue related to universality and particularity, which is the question of "inferring universality before searching for particularity" among scholars of fundamentalism. The research clearly has demonstrated the sayings and evidence of scholars and discussed what deserves discussion. Then, dealing with and investigating the doctrine of Imam Al-Sirafi in the matter, as it was the subject of research and investigation by the fundamentalists and investigators discussed it in their compilations. It has appeared to the researcher that the most correct opinion of the evidence is applying universality and the initiative to comply with the particularity after the death of Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him), before research and examination of particularity, unless particularity appears after the search, then he works with it and the research ends with mentioning some of the jurisprudential branches that are related to this issue and then occur the conclusion of the of the research.Downloads
