Publishing policy in the magazine:

Based on the reports submitted by the referees and editors, and based on the scientific value of the research, the extent to which the approved publishing conditions are met, the declared policy of the journal and its jurisdiction, and the principles of scientific honesty, originality and novelty of the research.
The opinions published in the journal are solely those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the opinion of the journal.
The researcher will be provided with an acceptance for publication as soon as his research receives final acceptance, provided that the date of acceptance, the date of publication, and the number of the issue in which it will be published are specified.
The research issues are arranged in alphabetical order.


Issues are published electronically on the magazine’s website, according to the time plan specified for publication, and are available for downloading for free and without conditions immediately upon publication.

Stages of editing, reviewing and publishing procedures:

The researcher undertakes that his research is original and has not been previously published or submitted for publication to another party.
Research papers submitted for publication are subject to initial examination by the editorial board. To determine its suitability to the journal’s specialty, its policy, and the soundness of scientific research procedures, and then indicate its eligibility for scientific evaluation. The editorial board may decline to accept the entire research, or ask the researcher to modify it; In accordance with journal policy before sending it to reviewers.
The reviewers' review of research aims to evaluate its originality and quality; In order to improve it. This process is necessary to examine the contents of research and ensure the publication of original research. The arbitration takes place in successive stages, as follows:
After submitting the research, it is evaluated and edited by the specialized editor/s; To ensure its safety and compliance with conditions.
The editor-in-chief or managing editor then certifies the validity of the application, by evaluating the quality and originality of the research. He may be rejected at this stage if he violates the applicable standards, conditions, and rules of conduct.
The reviewers are chosen by the editor-in-chief or managing editor, and the review is double and anonymous.
The arbitrators examine the research and form a comprehensive impression of it, and if essential deficiencies are found, then they can recommend rejecting the research, and they can recommend making fundamental or minor amendments to it. Based on the type of flaws found in it, noting all the places that need to be reconsidered, the final report is submitted to the editor-in-chief with the proposed recommendation.
The editor-in-chief or director reviews the arbitration reports, and if there is a discrepancy in the opinions of the arbitrators, the research is referred to a third arbitrator for weighting before issuing a final ruling on the research. When the decision is reached, the results of the arbitrators’ reports are referred to the authors.
The researcher is obligated to make the referees’ amendments to his research according to the reports sent to him, and to provide the journal with a modified copy within a period not exceeding two weeks, provided that the amendments are highlighted in a different color, and what he has done is explained in an attached form prepared for that purpose, or he provides a reasoned response to any comments that he does not agree with. on her.
The research is returned to the reviewers when the recommendations are substantive; To determine the extent of the researcher’s commitment to what was asked of him, the editorial director follows up on the evaluation when the recommendation is to make minor amendments, and then a final verification is carried out, and the researcher is given a letter of acceptance for publication.
After ensuring that the manuscript is ready in its final form, it is sent to linguistic and technical review, and then referred to final production.

Plagiarism policy:

All research is subject to investigation and examination to detect plagiarism before being sent for scientific evaluation. The researcher undertakes in writing to bear legal and ethical responsibility in the event of plagiarism, or taking from the efforts of other researchers without mentioning it.

Dealing with research misconduct:

The journal takes serious steps to identify and prevent publication of papers where research misconduct has occurred, including plagiarism, citation manipulation, and data falsification/fabrication.
