Organizational Climate and its Impact on the administrative creativity among the administrative staff at Thamar University

The present research aimed at studying the reality of the organizational climate and its impact on the administrative creativity among the administrative staff at Thamar University. Additionally, the research aimed at investigating the differences in the attitudes of staff members towards the organizational climate and administrative creativity according to the following variables: (age, educational qualification, years of experience, and administrative level). To achieve research objectives, the descriptive approach was adopted (survey and analytical methods), and the questionnaire was utilised as an instrument for collecting primary data. The research population was consisted of (318) individuals representing all the permanent administrative employees at Thamar University, while the research sample comprised (169) administrators of the administrative staff members from which the sample was selected based on stratified sampling method.. The statistical package (SPSS) was employed for data analysis. The research findings were as follows: There is a linear impact relationship between the dimensions of the organizational climate and the dependent variable (administrative creativity) in the university. The mean score of the research sample for the level of effect of the organizational climate was found to be at an intermediate level, and the mean score of the research sample for the level of application of administrative creativity was found to be at a high level. Moreover, it was found that there were no significance statistical differences in the level of the application of the organizational climate and administrative creativity among the administrative staff members in the university, from their point of view, according to the following variables: (age, educational qualification, administrative level, and years of experience).
