This research aims to examine the level of ethical leadership practices among managers of government hospitals in the capital city and its relationship to employee organizational commitment. The study used a descriptive correlational approach and employed a standardized questionnaire that covered specific dimensions for each of the two variables: ethical leadership (including personal ethical qualities, administrative ethical qualities, and human relations) and organizational commitment (including directional commitment, continuity commitment, and sense of responsibility toward the hospital). The sample consisted of 324 male and female employees from five selected government hospitals in the capital city. The validity and reliability of the instrument were confirmed through Cronbach's alpha and Pearson's coefficients. Results indicated that both ethical leadership and organizational commitment levels were moderate to high, with a significant positive correlation between the two variables (α ≤ 0.05). The study also found statistically significant differences based on years of service, favoring employees with more than ten years, whereas no differences were observed for gender or educational qualification.Downloads
