تأثير التجسير الإستراتيجي على نضج الاستدامة في قطاع الصناعات الإنشائية: دراسة تطبيقية في العراق

الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف تأثير ممارسات "التجسير الإستراتيجي" بأبعادها الخمسة (التوافق الإستراتيجي، التكيف التنظيمي، تكامل الأهداف، إدارة المخاطر الإستراتيجية، وتعزيز رأس المال المؤسسي) على تعزيز "نموذج نضج الاستدامة" في قطاع الصناعات الإنشائية. استجابة للفجوة البحثية المتمثلة في صعوبة ترجمة الأهداف الإستراتيجية المستدامة إلى ممارسات تشغيلية. اعتمدت الدراسة تصميما كميا شمل عينة عددها (60) شخصا من صناع القرار في الشركات الإنتاجية والخدمات الإنتاجية ذوي مستويات عالية في اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية والإنتاجية والاقتصادية من اطروحة الباحث. تم استخدام إستراتيجية تجميع الفقرات وتطبيق نمذجة المعادلات الهيكلية بالمربعات الصغرى الجزئية (PLS-SEM). أظهرت النتائج وجود تأثير إيجابي قوي وذي دلالة إحصائية للتجسير الإستراتيجي باعتباره بعدًا شاملًا على نضج الاستدامة beta = 0.450 p < 0.001 بحيث برز "تكامل الأهداف" و"التوافق الإستراتيجي" كأقوى المتنبئات. تقدم الدراسة إطارا تطبيقيا يوصي بها صناع القرار بضرورة كسر الصوامع التنظيمية ودمج مؤشرات الاستدامة البيئية والاجتماعية ضمن التقييم التشغيلي اليومي لتحقيق ميزة تنافسية مستدامة.
