Abstract

With the increase of behavioral challenges, the need of originating excellent teacher practices due to the prophetic ones increases. This research investigates the qualities, responsibilities, and modes of supporting teachers in light of the Prophetic Sunnah, emphasizing the ethical and educational attributes expected of them, their duties in guiding students, and the necessity of care and training. Through a descriptive-analytical approach, it interprets Prophetic texts, engages with prior scholarship, and connects its findings to the broader framework of sustainable development. Organized into three sections—teacher qualities, teacher duties, and care for teachers—the study highlights that adherence to Prophetic qualities enhances educational outcomes and deepens pedagogical influence. It further concludes that investing in teacher care, particularly through training and professional development, is a direct means of improving educational quality and ensuring the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals, thereby safeguarding the future of coming generations.
