Dr: Huwaida Bint BakheetHameed Al- Laheibi Al- Harbi Abstract: The issue of infectious diseases and their impact on the dissolution of marriage is one of the old contemporary topics important that the couple should be aware of and the provisions that resultfrom them for the application of the law of Allah. So I wrote this research including: two sections ,an introduction, and the study section. First Section: An Introductionthat includes the importance of the subject ,the reason for its choice, the previous studies , research plan and research methodology. Second Section: Study Section that includes topics. First Topic: The definition of infectious diseases in language, idiomaticallyand medically, the definition of divorce,marriageand marriage pillars that have issues. Second Topic: Infectious diseases types and their impact on marriage. Third Topic: The Impacts on marriageresulted by Infectious diseases, in which there are four issues. Fifth Topic: Provisionsof defect that make dissolution due. Sixth Topic: That makes choice invalidated. Seventh Topic :The ways to proof infectious diseases. Eighth Topic: The judgment of deliberately transferring a husband to his wife an infectious disease. Ninth Topic: Dissolution due to defects.Downloads
