This research deals with one of the most important theories that explains the State Construction as it has made a big controversy among the scholars of politics and sociologists. It is the theory that is related to the social contract and it has been studied by Hobbes, Locke and Russio. We will go through this theory with a reference to each of these scholars to know how it was introduced because it is interpretational theory that works on state construction. At the beginning, we will investigate the most important other theories that tried to introduce interpretations in this field. Then, form this introduction we will come closer to the main topic of this study. We will try to show the main notion of the social contract with reference to each of the previous three scholars. We will try to determine the points of agreement as well as the differences, so that the study is divided into three parts: - The theories that explain the origin of the state. - Social contract theory. - Points of agreement and disagreement among the different trends of the social contract theory.Downloads
