Abstract

This study aims at analyzing semiotic of isotopy and different in the system of algazal in the poem of ( Banat Suad) , by Ka'eb Bin Zuhair, through two levels: the horizontal level in which each verse is addressed and analyzed according to consistency, and the vertical level in which the consistency is addressed as one structure. This study has come up with the following findings: - The consistency of romanticism was an artist means, that introduces the poem in a connotative way that has been expressed by the symbolism of Suad in terms of her external beauty and inner ugliness. - The uniformity has been manifested phonologically through the repetition of the sound (al-alif, asliah and , al-lainah ) and the sound( lam, forming al that denotes the sense of aching , in terms of structure of the frequency and repetition. The contradiction clarified phonologically the size of suffering that the poet has lived through the domination of the above mentioned sounds
