Attitudes of third-level Students in the College of Education at the University of Hodeida towards the Teaching Profession

The research aims to identify the attitudes of third-level students in the Faculty of Education at Al-Hodeida University towards the teaching profession. The study is limited to measuring attitudes towards the teaching profession among third-level students in the College of Education at Al-Hodeida University who are students in the following literary and scientific Departments: Qur’an and its sciences, Islamic studies, Arabic studies, English studies, chemistry, physics, mathematics, computer teacher, during the second semester of the academic year 2009/2010. The research has found that there were no statistically significant differences between the attitudes of third-level students in the College of Education at Al-Hodeida University due to the effect of the interaction between the variables of gender and department; both male and female students in the different departments of the College of Education.
