A proposed vision for the Development of University Curricula in the faculties of education, Yemen in the light of modern development procedures in Education: An Analytical study

The research aims to give an overview of the reality of university education in the Arab world in general, and in Yemen in particular. It also tries to identify the justifications for the contemporary development of university courses in theory, as stated in studies and literature of this field. It also identifies the steps to develop a university course in a contemporary, theoretically modern way, as stated in studies and literature of this field. The research has followed the theoretical analytical descriptive approach. The study was limited to giving a proposed vision for the development of university educational courses in general and teacher preparation courses in the faculties of education in particular in the light of global changes and contemporary justifications. The study adequately has explained the steps of university course development identified by the field literature. The research concluded that it is necessary to find new visions for the contents of university education curricula that have the elements of identification, interaction and connection with the requirements of the labor market, and the need to accurately describe each course with all its elements and parts.
