Evaluating the performance of Fculty members in the postgraduate program at Taiz University

The study aims to evaluate the performance of faculty members in the postgraduate program at Taiz University through the perceptions of postgraduate students. It also aims to identify the positive and negative aspects of the performance of faculty members at the university. The sample of the study was (81) male and female students that was selected in a stratified random manner with a rate of (30%). This sample was drawn on the study variables: gender, college, and academic level. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (50) items was used, divided into three areas. In order to answer the questions of the study, statistical techniques were used, which are arithmetic means, standard deviations, ratios, and the (T) test. The study has concluded that the performance of the faculty members in the postgraduate program according to students' perceptions was average, with the arithmetic mean (3.03). There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) in the performance of faculty members in the postgraduate program according to students' perceptions due to the variables of the study.
