Ahmed Mohamed Noman’s Cultural and Political Relationship with Egypt, 1936-1955 AD

Abstract

This research deals with the cultural and political relationship of Ahmed Muhammad Numan that linked him to Egypt between 1936 - 1955 AD, touching on his upbringing, cultural formation, his travel to Egypt and his return from it. Ahmed Muhammad Numan was born in a cultural environment in which the Qur’an was preserved in his childhood, and he tried to persuade the crown prince, Ahmed, before becoming an imam, to adopt reformist and modernist ideas and modernization in education, but he did not succeed. In addition, he contributed with Al-Zubayri and Muta’a Dammaj and Al-Hakimi in founding the Liberal Party in Aden. Key Words: ; ; relations; Foundation
