This study aims to track the development of the foreign trade of the Republic of Yemen since its establishment until the year 2004 AD, in terms of size, value, varieties of imported and exported goods, their geographical distribution among the economic blocs in the world and the development of the volume of trade exchange between the Republic of Yemen and the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council during the last eight years (1997- 2004 AD). It has also been shown that the Yemeni foreign trade sector faces a large number of obstacles that limit its development and growth with the countries of the world and the Gulf Cooperation Council.Downloads
