الإبداع المؤذي وعلاقته بالعوامل الخمسة للشخصية لدى عينة من طلبة جامعة الخرطوم

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الإبداع المؤذي وعلاقته بالعوامل الخمسة للشخصية (الانبساطية والثبات الانفعالي والانفتاح والقبول والضمير الحي). وللتحقق من فرضيات الدراسة وأهدافها، استخدم المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وطبق مقياس حباب للإبداع المؤذي (HMCS)، ومقياس العوامل الخمسة للشخصية تكييف عبد الخالق، وبعد التحقق من صدق وثبات المقاييس، تم التطبيق على عينة من طلبة جامعة الخرطوم مثَّلها ذكور بلغ عددهم (579) يتوزعون بواقع (274) ذكور، بنسبة (47.3) وإناث (305) بنسبة (52.7)، وتوزعوا ما بين التخصصات العلمية والأدبية، والمستوي الأكاديمي المرتفع والمتوسط والمنخفض، كشفت النتائج أنه لا توجد علاقة بين الدرجة الكلية للإبداع المؤذي ودرجة الانبساطية، ودرجة الاتزان الانفعالي، ودرجة المقبولية ودرجة الانفتاح، بينما توجد علاقة بين الدرجة الكلية للإبداع المؤذي ودرجة الضمير الحي، أما بالنسبة إلى أبعاد الإبداع المؤذي لا توجد علاقة بين بعد الإيذاء والعوامل الخمسة للشخصية عدا بعد الاتزان الانفعالي توجد علاقة سالبة، وذات النتيجة لبعد الكذب، أما بعد التحايل فقد وجدت علاقة بين بعد التحايل والانفتاح فقط. وتوصي هذه الدراسة بتطبيق مجموعة من الاختبارات الموقفية لقياس الإبداع المؤذي والعوامل الخمسة للشخصية، واستخدام الثالوث المظلم لقياس الشخصية، على عينات واسعة من طلبة الجامعات بمختلف الأعمار والتخصصات العلمية والمستويات الدراسية، وإعداد برامج مستقبلية للحد من الإبداع المؤذي وفقًا للعوامل الخمسة للشخصية.
