This study examines psychological resilience from an Islamic perspective, highlighting its foundations in the teachings and practices of the Salaf. It investigates how their unwavering faith, emotional stability, and spiritual strength enabled them to endure life’s trials, drawing principles from the Quran and Sunnah. Using a descriptive-analytical method, the research connects historical examples from the lives of the righteous predecessors to modern psychological concepts within a doctrinal framework. Structured into an introduction, preface, six chapters, and a conclusion, it explores the psychological impact, foundations, expressions of resilience, benefits, challenges, and practical applications of the Salafist creed. Ultimately, the study affirms that psychological resilience, grounded in Islamic teachings, offers valuable insights for enhancing mental health and coping with contemporary challenges.
