Abstract

In two topics, the study discusses the in-vitro Fertilization (Test Tube Baby); its definition history of the beginnings, the compulsive reasons behind its uses and its forms. The second topic focuses on the Islamic Sharia's view that updated and always updates all the novel issues through what have been approved by the Islamic fiqh Academy which assures the proscription of all the Kinds of in-vitro Fertilization except one case that allows taking one drop from the husband's semen and an egg from his wife and then, after making the fertilization outside the body, it can be implanted in the womb of the wife herself. While this method has been accepted by most of the jurisconsults undar specific conditions, others rejected it and some others stayed neutral.
