This study aimed at identifying the effects of both government revenues, individual income, and population on education, health, defense and security. The development projects in these sectors and their determinants were discussed by analyzing the number of students, teachers, hospitals, doctors and how they are distributed in the different sectors. The research manifests that there is a statistically significant relationship between expenditure on education and population, while the relationship between the average per capita income and government revenues is not statistically significant. It was found by estimating the function of expenditure on health that there is a statistically significant relation between spending on Health and average per capita income, while the relationship between expenditure on health and both the population and government revenues is not statistically significant. The results of the estimate of expenditure on defense and security showed that there is a statistically significant relationship between expenditure on defense and security and average per capita income, while the relationship between spending on defense and security and both population and government revenues is not statistically significant.Downloads
