Abstract

The study deals with the problematic role of pre-school education in child care. For the following reasons if education in our time is one of the basic necessary sectors for every real development, then it must be said that the pre-school institution suffers from a scourge because of its lack of awareness of the needs of the child and its emotional, cognitive, and sensory care when preparing and implementing educational programs. Through various educational activities, the personality of the individual is formed, and from its controls or mistakes, the individual's compatibility with himself and his surroundings is determined. The components of the institutional domain of the kindergarten serve as the main engine for satisfying the needs of the child and thus caring for him. If the family is the frame of reference for the child and the kindergarten is the frame for receiving them, then it is often noticed that there is a discrepancy or conflict between the two institutions at the level of child care, which makes it vulnerable to conflict in the dimensions of grammar on the basis that the lack of integration and the absence of unity of educational action contribute greatly to the lack of child care. Accordingly, the current research attempts to identify the educational role of pre-school institutions in child care through a number of variables. The results of the study show three aspects related to the educational role of pre-school institutions in caring for the child, in relation to the child, the inappropriateness of these programs and the components of the kindergarten to the children's psychological, social and psychomotor level. With regard to the kindergarten, there is a discrepancy in the level of the kindergarten, so that the results indicated that the low-level kindergarten is not considered an appropriate educational medium due to the lack of the physical field in which the child resides. With regard to society, the lack of harmony and integration between the family and the kindergarten in the different ways and means that can be employed to deal with the child, which leads to an educational imbalance that does not help the child in his social development, and does not achieve the kind of integration and social care that he needs.
