It determines the level of the efforts made for these attempts, and highlights the importance of the trend in the opportunities for economic integration available between Yemen and Saudi Arabia. The research reviews a historical overview of the development of economic relations between Yemen and Saudi Arabia, the development of foreign trade indicators between Yemen and Saudi Arabia, and extracts the most important obstacles facing the process of trade exchange between the two countries, and the most appropriate ways to face the obstacles to trade exchange. The research concludes that Yemen is moving towards bringing about radical transformations in the economic and social development of the country by working on the principles of economic freedom and adopting the option of financial and administrative decentralization. Yemen is also making a lot of efforts to overcome the difficulties of the economic and social situation to meet the requirements of international transformations by working to get a good location in regional and international blocs.
