Abstract

 The study aims to identify the factors affecting the new role of human resource management from the point of view of executive managers in the Jordanian industrial companies. The study population has consisted of all executive managers in the Jordanian public shareholding industrial companies, which numbered (92) industrial companies. The number of managers in these companies is (458) male and female managers. In view of the small size of the study community, the researcher has conducted a comprehensive enumeration of the members of the study community, so that the number of its members was (458) male and female managers. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed to collect data related to the study from the study sample. The study has concluded that there is an impact of internal factors on the views of executive managers in the Jordanian public shareholding industrial companies towards the new role of human resource management. There is no effect of external factors on the views of executives in these companies towards the new role of human resources management. There is an impact of external factors on the views of executive managers in these Jordanian public shareholding companies towards the new role of human resource management.
