This study plans to trace the terms of focalizations’ journey which is related to the narrator and the character from its beginning to the emergence of the term of point of view, and the predominance of the concept of focalization, to the return of the term viewpoint to the forefront of modern critical studies, for its subtle significance. The study then attempts to apply it according to the linguistics of enunciation on the novel of al-Qundus “Beaver” by Muhammed H.
