The Actual Skills that Female Graduates of Sharoura College of Sciences and Arts have to Employ in their Field Training

The current study aims to investigate the actual skills that the female graduates of the College of Sciences and Arts have and the degree of relationship in employing them during their field training in schools and kindergartens. The study has used the descriptive method. The sample of the study was 145 female students of the eighth level who were practicing their field training in the academic year 2018-2019. The study has used two tools; the life skills scale and the note card by the teachers supervising their field training. The results have showed that the study sample has actual skills from their point of view on a high level, while their use of life skills during their field training was in a medium level, there are no statistically significant differences in the extent to which the sample members have and employ practical skills during field training due to the variable of specialization, there is no statistically significant correlation between the sample’s having of practical skills to employ them during their field training.Downloads
