Plagiarism, Text Recycling, and Duplicate Submission Policy
TUJNAS requires that all submitted manuscripts represent original work that has not been published previously and is not under consideration by another journal. All manuscripts may be screened using similarity-detection software before or during peer review.
Plagiarism includes copying or closely paraphrasing another person’s words, data, results, figures, ideas, or observations without appropriate citation. Self-plagiarism or inappropriate text recycling includes reuse of substantial portions of an author’s own published work without proper citation or justification.
Manuscripts with significant unattributed overlap, duplicated publication, fabricated content, or misleading citation practices may be rejected. If misconduct is suspected after publication, TUJNAS will investigate the matter in accordance with COPE guidance and may issue a correction, expression of concern, or retraction as appropriate.
