TUJNAS is an open-access journal. All peer-reviewed scholarly articles are made available online immediately upon publication without subscription, embargo, or reader registration. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access.

Articles published from Volume 10, Issue 2 (December 2025) onward are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Articles published before this date remain under the license displayed on the individual article page or PDF unless otherwise stated.
