Open Access Statement

Fully Open Access: TUJNAS is a fully open-access journal. All published content is made immediately and freely available to the public, with no subscription or access fees. By eliminating paywalls, the journal supports the global exchange of knowledge and adheres to internationally recognized open-access principles (e.g., the Budapest Open Access Initiative). This ensures that TUJNAS research is accessible to scientists, educators, and the public worldwide, enhancing the visibility and impact of our authors’ work.

User Rights: Under this open-access policy, users have the right to:

  • Access and Use: Read, download, copy, print, and search the full texts of all articles without restriction.
  • Share and Adapt: Distribute articles, link to their full text, or use the content for any other lawful purpose, without needing prior permission from the publisher or authors.

These provisions align with the BOAI definition of open access, granting readers broad rights to utilize research articles. All articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license (CC BY 4.0), which permits a wide range of uses including text and data mining, reuse in presentations, and the creation of derivative works. Both non-commercial and commercial reuse are allowed under CC BY, provided the original authors and source are properly credited. This model is highly accommodating – it is recommended for maximum dissemination and use of materials – thereby benefiting authors, readers, and the broader academic community by fostering the widest possible reach for scholarly work.

Effective July 2025: This open-access policy applies to all articles published from July 2025 (Vol. 10, Issue 2 onward) under the CC BY 4.0 license. Content published before this date remains under the previously applicable license, unless otherwise indicated.
