Submission Declaration and Verification
Author declaration
By submitting to TUJNAS, the corresponding author confirms on behalf of all authors that:
- the manuscript is original, is not under consideration by another journal, and has not been published as a Version of Record elsewhere; any preprint, thesis, conference abstract, repository deposit or related publication is disclosed;
- all authors meet the journal’s authorship criteria, approve the manuscript and author order, consent to submission, and accept accountability for their contributions;
- all required permissions for third-party material have been obtained;
- funding, competing interests, author contributions, data availability, ethics approval, consent, trial registration and AI use are disclosed accurately;
- the manuscript has been anonymized where required for double-anonymized review;
- the corresponding author will inform all co-authors of editorial and post-publication matters; and
- if accepted, the authors retain copyright and grant TUJNAS the non-exclusive publishing and preservation rights stated in the Copyright Policy, with the article distributed under the license identified for the publication.
Preprints and later reuse
Posting a disclosed preprint does not automatically disqualify a manuscript. After publication, reuse is governed by the applicable Creative Commons license and attribution requirements. TUJNAS does not require prior permission for uses already permitted by the article license.
Accuracy and correction
Authors must promptly correct inaccurate submission information. Deliberately false declarations may result in rejection or action under the Publication Ethics and Research Integrity Policy.
